The story


When the Food Network wanted an image campaign to launch their new network, The Cooking Channel, they turned to L+C for a whole series of short-form, documentary-style spots that would profile a wide array of food lovers of all ages. The casting process alone was a real eye-opener, believe me. We interviewed almost 100 different food freaks: professional chefs, home cooks, traveling spice salesmen, rooftop gardeners, urban bee-keepers, picklers, candy-makers, diner-obsessed weirdos, street-cart vendors, and anyone and everyone in between. One thing is certain: people are very, VERY passionate about food.
