The story


As a destination for three of the nation’s top college football conferences, Versus needed a way to get the word out that they are a distinct destination for hardcore fans. They wanted to make it clear that they could be counted on, not just for the games, but for all that college football is to its avid viewers.
We began by exploring what makes college football a unique and fervently followed fan favorite. College football fans own the sport in a way that is more deeply felt than in any other sport, and pass their fandom down from generation to generation. We wanted to tap into that, while providing Versus with a package that was flexible enough for them to use throughout an unpredictable season.
